Our Turbo Dryer Ctd 60 System consists of Screw Conveying line including insulated drying column and conveyor through which wet material is transported in the presence of hot air to the cyclone. It is used for suspension drying of powdery, ground or granulated material such as saw dust, coir pith and bagasse pith which are usually materials with moisture content of 60% of less.

Our manufactured Turbo Dryer Ctd 60 is used to dry wet raw material before it goes for hammering process. It is used to dry wet raw material before it goes for hammering process. Through this drying process the moisture content present in the raw material wafts away in the form of hot air through the air tap of Turbo Dryer. This machine consists of screw conveyor, vibrating screen, feeding hopper vane guide, conveying line including insulated drying column and conveyor through which wet or moist material is transported in the presence of hot air to the cyclone and a pipe.

This Dryer is mainly used to extract moisture. It is also used for suspension drying of powdery, ground or granulated material such as saw dust, coir pith and Bagasse pith which are usually materials with moisture content of 35% of less. The Turbo Drying takes place in matter of second in which wet material is streamed into a stream of heated air, which conveys it to drying vessel.  We also have turbo drying technology available for drying of wet materials such as press mud, Bagasse (sugar cane stalk), distillery dry grain soluble, spent wash and saw dust etc. having moisture contents up to 60%. For that purpose, concentric column turbo dryer (CTD) is used. A powerful low pressure centrifugal fan assures sufficient resilience time for complete removal of excess moisture. At the end, material is discharged through cyclone by means of a rotary air lock system.
